How Univision’s Jorge Ramos earns his viewers’ trust

“Go back to Univision” sounding like “Go back to Mexico” and the corridor argument with Trump supporter yelling “Get out of my country”

I was intrigued by the story behind the journalist who defied Trump and his immigration plans.

The profile shows the journey of a Mexican-born American journalist starting in Miami, run by Cubans who had the Cold War policy stating that any Cuban who made it to the US was automatically legal, workaholic, multitasker “like a woman” ending up covering the fall of Berlin Wall, interviewing great head of state, incl. every American President since George H. W. Bush and winning 8 Emmys.

He may have to recuse himself though from any Univision-sponsored campaign debates that include Hillary Clinton as he didn’t disclose to his audience that his daughter’s work on the Hillary campaign.
